"China Now Has Its Own ‘Hard-to-Get-a-Seat‘ International Semiconductor Exhibition"

Time:2025-08-12 Views:8

As China’s most authoritative exhibition in semiconductor equipment and core components, CSEAC has become the annual must-attend event for the nation’s semiconductor community. More

international manufacturers are now transitioning from cautious observers to active participants—a testament to the "professionalism, industrial impact, and global reach" that experts, scholars,

premium exhibitors, and professional attendees collectively forged under the CSEAC brand. This momentum showcases China’s semiconductor industry as an unstoppable force on the rise!

Grand Exhibition, Grand Cluster, Grand Platform.

The "Three Pillars" of CSEAC—Professionalization, Industrialization, and Internationalization—have established a cooperative platform for global semiconductor industry players to

exchange technologies, negotiate trade, expand markets, and promote products. This is evidenced by its >40% annual exhibitor growth: All leading Chinese semiconductor

equipment manufacturers now attend; domestic microelectronics component suppliers eagerly demonstrate capabilities here; and China's premier semiconductor material

companies jointly empower chip manufacturing on this stage.

As the backbone of China's new quality productive forces, professionalization is fundamental.

CSEAC 2025's thematic zones comprehensively cover core industries, while 20+ professional forums precisely address market hotspots and industrial pain points—all requiring

interactive exchanges between specialized visitors and technical experts across the entire supply chain. Each annual gathering unites thousands of industry experts, entrepreneurs,

and representatives from academia, research institutes, and investment institutions. Against the backdrop of global semiconductor competition and domestic industrial realities,

they holistically examine challenges in localized equipment/components/materials—from macro architectures to technical bottlenecks—to explore sector-wide opportunities.

This national strategic industry's flagship event adopts 2025's theme: "Empowering China's Silicon, Engaging the Silicon World."

Growing participation from global and domestic semiconductor players has become a defining trend: Nearly 200 international exhibitors have proactively registered this year, while

qualified domestic exhibitors with competitive products and clear demand are surging. With 60,000+ sqm exhibition space (40% YoY growth) and 1,000+ exhibitors, onsite visitors

are projected to approach 100,000—remarkable for Wuxi as a second-tier host city; metropolitan venues would undoubtedly attract overwhelming attendance.

Vitality Showcased Through New Product Launches and Supply-Demand Matching

According to the organizers, an increasing number of enterprises are competing to demonstrate their latest semiconductor equipment, components, and advanced solutions

through new product releases this year. Specialized, sophisticated, and innovative enterprises will fully utilize this platform for product launches and promotions to showcase the

excellence of high-quality companies. Relevant officials from the organizing committee stated that this year's conference and exhibition will undoubtedly establish a platform for

industrial exchange and collaboration, facilitating information sharing, supply-demand matching, collaborative supporting efforts, and joint research initiatives. It aims to build an

ecosystem for "point-to-point" upstream and downstream industrial chain connections while attracting more international premium resources to participate in China's golden era

 of semiconductor development.

Global Vision and Worldwide Semiconductor Industry Integration

This year's exhibition features proactive participation from overseas enterprises across 22 countries and regions. The "Global Semiconductor Industry Chain Cooperation Forum"

brings together global semiconductor industry leaders and authoritative technical experts who will focus on key chip technology areas through keynote speeches and roundtable

discussions. Notably, the newly introduced "IC Elite Masterclass" gathers international experts and industry leaders to concentrate on three core semiconductor sectors: AI

computing clusters (CPO/OIO optical interconnects), advanced packaging inspection (TGV/TSV AI optical measurement), and thermal management materials (diamond-based

cooling solutions). This initiative provides methodologies for industry-academia-research collaborative development, promoting technological transformation and industrial

 upgrading in high-speed interconnection fields.

Beyond the 20+ Professional Forums Highlighting Technological Innovation and Ecosystem Vitality

The Talent Zone, integrating industry and education to empower talent development, represents another innovative focus of CSEAC 2025. Centering on building an integrated

circuit industry talent ecosystem, it creatively establishes a university achievement exhibition area and industry-education integration activities, aiming to break down barriers

between talent cultivation, scientific innovation, and industrial demands. Onsite, nearly 30 prestigious universities—including Tsinghua, Fudan, Zhejiang University, and Shanghai

Jiao Tong University—along with over 100 leading exhibitors will implement university-enterprise对接 plans, realizing tangible "industry-education integration." This serves as

fertile ground for cultivating China's practical semiconductor talents from root to fruition.

"Empowering China's Silicon"

CSEAC strives to collaboratively build a complete and resilient Chinese semiconductor equipment, components, and materials industrial chain while opening its doors globally to

"Embrace the Silicon World," extending its industrial chain ecosystem. Thus, CSEAC's "hard-to-get-a-seat" phenomenon becomes an inevitable outcome of these concerted efforts.
